Most items on Little Seouls Party is custom and custom items are not refundable.  If there is a mistake that we made after print, we will replace them at no charge.

There are no refunds or exchanges on rentals.  

For all other items, we can only do exchanges if item is damaged upon receipt.  Contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item if it was damaged to get it replaced, otherwise it is not replaceable.

All sales are final.
